I.T Support is available anytime during the school day and students and staff can visit the service desk directly for assistance.
The I.T Service Desk is located in The Hub (new building adjacent to B-Wing). The official support hours are between 8:00am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri and by appointment over the school-holidays. If the Service Desk is un-attended you can call (03) 9851 4620 during operating hours. During school holiday periods we highly recommend calling our support number before visiting and organising a time with us as we are not always present at the service desk during these periods.
We encourage students and staff to log all support requests using our job management system (JMS). Please call us directly for urgent requests. We can also be reached by choosing option 4 when calling the main school phone number.
