Enrolments
Learning is an exciting, lifelong journey, where the challenge is to discover and pursue our passions, which contribute to the greater good. The best way to see TC’s purpose ‘To challenge the status quo, so that everyone is empowered to learn’, in action, is to join us on a school tour. We believe that you will benefit from seeing our learning community in operation rather than a special program conducted through an Open Day.
Application forms for ENTRY 2026 classes (Yr 7) will be given to Grade 6 students by their Primary School Teachers. Students currently attending Independent, Homeschool, or Catholic schools, can contact TC to obtain their Year 6-7 Placement Request form from Term 2, 2025. Tours for primary school students looking for a future Entry (Yr 7) place can be made by clicking on the below link.
Tours for students who are already in Secondary School wanting to transfer to TC can be booked via the Year 8-12 enrolments page from Semester 2. https://tc.vic.edu.au/yr-812-to-fle-enrolments.
For all other enquiries, including the request for an application form, please contact Wendy Harford, Registrar, at WHA@tc.vic.edu.au
We conduct our tours during the week, commencing at 9.00am and running for approximately 1.5 hours. The tours take this amount of time as we have such large grounds to explore and so much to see.
For students interested in the MAP (Montessori Adolescent Program) @TC please click on the below link to register your interest for a tour of the MAP area. To get a full understanding of TC and the Montessori Program @TC please only attend a MAP EXPO Tour once you have taken a TC School tour.
For all other enquiries, including the request for an application form, please contact Wendy Harford, Registrar, on 9851 4605 or WHA@tc.vic.edu.au

Priority Order of Placement as per DE requirements
Eligible children and young persons have the right to be admitted to their designated neighbourhood government school, regardless of capacity.
In circumstances where schools do not have sufficient accommodation to accept all students who apply from outside their school zone, schools must manage enrolment applications in accordance with the following priority order of placement:
students with a sibling at the same permanent address who are attending the school at the same time
all other students in order of closeness of their home to the school.
In exceptional circumstances, a student may be enrolled in a school based on compassionate grounds. This is an overarching consideration and does not form part of the priority order of placement. Further information is available below under ‘Exceptional circumstances – compassionate grounds’.
