Careers Expo
Thank you to everyone who helped or engaged with our Careers Expo! Many awesome students and staff helped with planning, promotion, set up, hosting, engagement and pack down. It was wonderful to see so many students, parents and staff attend. Exhibitors consistently commented on how respectful and authentically engaged TC students are, which reflects my experience as a new staff member.
Thanks especially to our student helpers (Liam’s U1/2 WRS class, Peter’s Electronic class, our wonderful volunteer ushers, student employee and student exhibitor!), plus our administrative, facilities, catering, operations, connect, principal, S Wing and hub teams, to all the teachers that brought their classes, and especially Jeremy and Kate in Careers who worked tirelessly from morning until night and beyond to make it happen!
Community events
From high-energy Mario Kart tournaments to strategic chess battles, musical showcases to spirited games of spikeball and volleyball, our community events brought students together in fun and vibrant ways. Drama performances and the classic game of Spit added extra flair to a jam-packed calendar of connection and camaraderie.
Hoodie Day
TC proudly took part in Hoodie Up for Autism, raising awareness and promoting understanding, acceptance, and inclusion for our autistic community. We’re committed to celebrating the unique strengths and experiences of every student. A big shout out to our amazing student leaders for making it happen!
