To challenge the status quo, so that everyone is empowered to learn

Bullying No Way Week, 11–15 August 2025

This week was Bullying No Way Week, a national week of action that unites communities across Australia to create a shared understanding about bullying behaviours and to foster practical approaches to prevent bullying in Australian schools.

The theme for 2025 was 'Be bold. Be kind. Speak up.'

It takes courage to spark change.

Bullying is everyone's responsibility. It takes a community to be brave and address bullying behaviours, within and beyond the school gate.

Students can be bold, kind and take a stand to support others being bullied, while parents and teachers are there to support children and young people to learn how to behave in a positive way.

At TC, we want a place where everyone can belong, a place that celebrates everyone, and where bullying is never accepted.

Please take a look at the Victorian Government’s Safe Socials Initiative, where you can learn about what is available for schools, parents and students to support safe and positive online experiences for children and young people. Safe Socials | vic.gov.au

Red Earth Central Australia Indigenous Immersion June 2026 - Expressions of Interest

TC is excited to present the chance for students and families to express interest in an inaugural trip to remote Homelands in Central Australia in partnership with Traditional Owners and Red Earth.

Students will have the rare opportunity to make connections with First Nations people living on their own land who have maintained a deep connection to their culture and history. They will learn from Elders and Traditional Owners, and connect with local First Nations young people. The group will stay in safe areas on privately held First Nations land, not accessible outside of this setting. They will learn, make, gather, eat, give, grow and connect with Traditional Owners and First Nations People.

Students will be able to reflect and contrast on the rich cultures and histories of both Wurundjeri Country, where we are based as a school, and experience the differences in landscape, history, language and culture of Central Australian First Nations groups.

We will be sharing more information about this trip in upcoming Community Assemblies. There will also be an online parent information night for interested families. Please read the below handout with more information about the incredible Homelands we will visit, Red Earth's work as an organisation fostering meaningful partnerships with Traditional Owners, our proposed itinerary, costs and more.

There will be limited spaces available on this immersion experience. Please express interest via this form by Friday 3 September:
