Term 1 back-to-school dates

  • Entry students commence school on Wednesday 28 January at 9.10am. They will meet in S-Wing. Please allow extra time to arrive. An email with further details was sent on Thursday 18 December. Please check your junk/spam folders.

  • New FLE (8-12) students have an induction program running on Wednesday 28 January from 10am - 11:30am only. They begin their normal class timetable on Thursday 29 January.

  • All other students from FLE1- GRADS (Yr 8-12) commence on Thursday 29 January. Classes will start as normal as per the timetable.

New families please note: Traffic coming into the school is one-way only at pick up and drop off times. Please enter via Cypress Ave, continue driving through and exit onto Ridgeway Street (back exit of school).

Enrolments

  • Tours for Grade 5 and 6 students looking at high schools will recommence in Term 1 2026. Bookings can be made via our website www.tc.vic.edu.au/enrolments from February 2026.

  • Email your lease agreement and connection of services to the Registrar, Wendy Harford, wha@tc.vic.edu.au. You will be contacted over the holiday break to complete the enrolment process ready to commence as soon as possible in Term 1.

 

Finance - Paying Accounts

How do I pay my Curriculum & Other Contributions for 2026?

All payments for next year can be made via compass through the payment action centre.

Edrolo information

 

Information Communication Technology (IT)

  • IT Services will resume operations from the Monday 12 January 2025, although please note that our team will be operating on a reduced capacity during the term holidays. Please register prior to attending Self-Service User Portal @ TC

  • Please register your child’s laptop as per the normal process using our Service Portal (https://services.tc.vic.edu.au/RegisterDevice). On the day of drop-off, give us a call on (03) 9851-4620 before arriving at your nominated time just to make sure we can meet you at the front doors / service desk. During the holiday period the main front doors will not be open and will require someone to let you into the building.

  • We are here to help, please first log a support request at https://servicedesk.tc.vic.edu.au or email servicedesk@tc.vic.edu.au and we will either try to assist you via the online job system or via a Teams chat/call. In the event you need to come in for some in-person support; we will organise that with you after logging your support request first.

  • Yes! Please log a support request at https://servicedesk.tc.vic.edu.au or email servicedesk@tc.vic.edu.au explaining that you have a new computer, and we will flag your previous one as retired ready for you to register the new one, following the normal process using our Service Portal (https://services.tc.vic.edu.au/RegisterDevice). Additionally, where possible we will request that you drop-in the old computer as well so that it can be correctly decommissioned and to have the TC apps and settings removed.

Timetable and booklist

  • Timetables will be available in compass early in the new year after the final rollover has been completed.

  • The 2026 Book List is now available. Our supplier is Campion. Please follow this link and create a login to start ordering.
